Data Streamlining

This two-day workshop is designed to develop data streamlining skills for engineers, logisticians, and data managers. It uses real-world problems and hands-on exercises to drive home the lecture points.

This data streamlining workshop demonstrates how to use standard data systems such as those used with Supportability Analysis and how to augment these data systems with auxiliary data systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Data elements covered include analysis, manufacturing, logistics, and management. When conducted within a company, this workshop can be expanded to three days to allow time to tailor the process to the specific company and to work problems that are unique to the company.

Data streamlining is the process of integrating data development with the product development process to reduce cost, improve product performance, and increase customer satisfaction. Data streamlining occurs in three stages within most companies.
