An Introduction to Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA)
Course No. INTRO-03
This one-day workshop introduces attendees to the terms and concepts of Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability. Attendees will gain familiarity with the most common elements of an RMA program, how RMA can effect warranty cost and customer satisfaction, and with what it takes to be successful at RMA. System-level RMA tools and techniques will be presented with emphasis on fulfilling program requirements.
